Job Description

- Adept at framing complex risks/ opportunities, building out and evaluating options, developing compelling insights and synthesizing recommendations - all to make sure the needle we want to move, does.

Job Responsibilities
- Set up a culture of financial discipline - building smart processes for business routines, including evaluating external applications to support these processes as we scale
- Manage and guide external partners who help with our tax/audit requirements
- Build and evolve the financial business model - designing fine-grained forecasting for major expense lines and revenue lines
Qualification, Experience & Skills Required
Education Qualification
An MBA degree
and/or
possess either CA (Inter) / M. Com
Experience Required
have 2-4 years of experience in a finance role in consumer product firms and have a keen interest in financial services
Other Requirements
- have exposure to start-up environments
- Able to self-manage your priorities and deliverables while working in a fast-paced environment
- Supported critical financial planning processes such as growth forecasting, goal setting, budget management, and business performance evaluation
