Roles and Responsibilities
- To handle General Accounting for Global Shared Services Accounting Team ,
- Ensure review of all Accounting Entries and Blackline Reconciliations as per Standard Workdays , Its driving the process and assisting team of 6-8 people in accounting technical aspects and all applicable activities , There is no direct reporting of team to this position ,
- Ensure good work environment and maintain professional code of conduct,
- Ensure to follow team policies and guidelines and do not by pass any process and hierarchy, If there is a process need has to prepare Journals and reconciliation as well, Has to support all External Agencies, Auditors for the queries and questions in the process, has to support controllers in their Statutory activities and tasks whenever expected .
- Would be addressing, accountable and responsible for the team and their concerns , it’s an core accounting role,
- Need to ensure healthy team environment and good work culture with great emphasis on individual behavior and performance ,
- Need to involve proactively and help in making process much better and strong,
- Very coordinative and helping, Assist SSC Manager and Assistant Manager in addressing the function requirements ,
- Help in bringing more innovative ideas to ensure better control, better work process and ensure to meet quality and timelines.
- Candidate should be open to take up any General accounting Functions roles includes P2P,O2C,IC,PC,PA & Bank.
Key Skills & Work Exposure
- Good Accounting knowledge as per IGAAP and IFRS (Preferred), Exposure in General Accounting, record keeping end to end Knowledge, Good in Reports Review and Analysis would be added advantage
- Proven Track records and experience in review of Balance sheet Reconciliations, General Accounting activities and Month-end closure activities, timeliness and meet key timelines and deliverables as expected
- Experience of working with team, helping them technically from accounting aspects, team training as needed.
- Awareness with process, controls followed in various functions like P2P, O2C, IC, PA, PC, Tax
- Have dealt with multiple stake holders across the Globe.
IT Skills
- Advanced computer literacy in M.S. Office products Especially in MS Excel. Exposure in Accounting ERP Software’s and packages like SAP, Oracle
- Net Suite Exposure & Blackline (Highly Preferred).
Communication
Advance level in English orally and verbally and Conveying the message Properly to the Stakeholders globally.

Qualification & Experience
CA Final Appeared followed by 6 - 8 years’ working experience (Complete Accounting Background)
OR
Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant with 3 – 5 years experienced.
